What is the cancellation policy?

Please inform us at your earliest convenience if a cancellation is necessary. Charges will apply only for work already initiated post-approval. If no work has commenced, there will be no fee.

How do I supply my own artwork?

Who owns the domain name?

The domain name is yours if you purchased it independently. If Datum has registered the domain on your behalf, it’s held to simplify management but can be transferred to your preferred provider at no cost.

Who owns the website after completion?

Upon full payment, the website is entirely your property, unless specified otherwise in the terms of the project.
