Top Tips For Home Working – Productivity

This is the third in our series of short posts to meet the challenges of working from home and maintaining effectiveness, productivity and engagement throughout your business during this.

Whilst employees are working from home and representing your business offsite there are some very simple ways you can help ensure employees maintain a reasonable level of productivity.

We‚Äôve collated a few top tips to maintain productivity when homeworking:

· Avoid Trying to multi-task as it is not proven to be an effective use of time management.  

Staying focused and don‚Äôt get distracted by managing time in a concentrated way, with a To-Do list of key tasks which can be achieved by breaking tasks into blocks of 25minutes.
